Round i – The fight is on. Leonardo presses Bohm against the cage and the oversupply starts booing. Round 2 – Herbert a lot more than mobile in the second, bouncing a lot more and using more than movement. Good jab by Herbert. Nelson making skillful work with his leg kicks. They're conspicuously hurting Herbert. Nelson closes the distance and pins Herbert against the muzzle. Non long aftert, Nelson become reversed and Herbert does the pressing. Herbert far more active with shots while pressing. Nelson looks to be slowing downward a bit, while Herbert's looks to be coming on. Nelson looks for a takedown to close out the circular, only fails. Round 3 – Nelson goes for a takedown early on, but Herbert defends and manages to gear up Nelson off residual and land on top. Big moment here in the fight. Herbert working from half guard, landing some ground-and-pound. It's nothing major, but plenty to avoid getting a stand up. We're half manner through the round. Nelson just getting out worked here on the ground. Sure's he's not getting battered, simply he's beingness completely controlled and unable to get dorsum to his feet. A minute left. Two minutes left.  The boxing for takedown continues. Johnson doing a swell job at defending, but is unable to do more than just survive. Makwan Amirkhani vs. Jonathan Pearce

Circular 1 – And we're off to a wild start. Amirkhani shoots for a takedown as expected. As he fights to get a single leg takedown, he takes like 20 short elbows to the temple that split him open. Amirkhani eventually gets the takedown and starts looking for submissions. Amirkhani goes for a guillotine asphyxiate, only afterwards transitions to a D'arce. Pearce escapes with two minutes left in the round. Amirkhani, again, constantly looking to initiate the grappling. Pearce does a good job at defending and too delivering damage in the process. The round ends with Pearce on top later a failed takedown from Amirkhani. MMA Junkie scored the round 10-nine for Pearce.

Round 2 – Pearce seems to be having plenty of success grappling Amirkhani. He is the i now that initiates the grappling in the second and takes down Amirkhani. From half guard, Pearce is dropping serious footing-and-pound on Amirkhani. Amirkhani gets back on his feet against the cage and Pearce once more goes for the takedown and brings him back down to the mat. Two minutes left. Pearce is battering Amirkhani with ground-and-pound from the top. Amirkhani looks to exist fading. The referee is watching the action closely, as Amirkhani is barely fighting to improve his position. And sure enough, the referee has seen enough and waives the fight off. Pearce logs the first stoppage for UFC Fight Night 208.

Charles Rosa vs. Nathaniel Wood

Forest keeps sneaking in leg kicks in his combinations, and Rosa'south mobility is compromised. Rosa dropped by a leg kick. Expert left hook past Rosa, which helps him counter some of Wood's kicks. One minute left. Wood still getting the better of the exchanges. Respect to Rosa because he'south still looking to find a way to win in this fight, but Wood is clearly a step alee. Another ten-nine for Woods.

Round iii – Human, Wood is just punishing Rosa here with leg kicks. He keeps getting dropped every time he takes a leg kick. Rosa trying his luck with a spinning elbow, merely nothing. Forest still doing almost of the attacking, only he seems to be slowing down. His attacks are coming less often and with less ability. Some other chopping leg kick. Rosa's stability is extremely compromised. 2 minutes left. Rosa attempts a depression single, only fails. Admirable performance by Rosa, who fought till the very end, merely it was mainly a one way traffic for Wood. You can add another round to the bag for Forest. Circular i – And we're off to the main card. Intense fight here between Craig and Oezdemir. The Scottish fighter comes out to immediately submit Oezdemir. He looks to tie him upwardly at all costs, and Oezdemir is on the run. After a close heel hook effort from pulling guard, Oezdemir gets out and back to his feet. And again, Craig closes the altitude, ties up Oezdemir, and pulls guard. Craig is constantly looking to set something up, while Oezdemir defends and lands some ground-and-pound here and there. Oezdemir finds his fashion back to his feet. Craig is haemorrhage from the right side of his forehead. Oezdemir cautiously pressures Craig on the anxiety. Every fourth dimension he loads up, Craig drops to his back. The fight ends with Craig connecting with a head kick, followed by a combination. Round 3 – Final round. Looks like Craig is going to need a finish here. Things are non looking good for Craig, Oezdemir connects and wobbles the submission artist on the feet. Craig falls back to his guard and Oezdemir sneaks in some heavy shots before getting back to his anxiety. Craig is constantly trying to pull guard, but the tactic seems less and less effective as the minutes become back. Half style through the circular. Craig is beginning to march forward. Oezdemir remains cautions, but he is getting the amend of the exchanges. In the final minute, Craig is connecting a bit more than he used, just nothing seems to hurt Oezdemir.
